Welcome to Partners In Health Canada Tapestry. Our online store that helps fund lifesaving care for communities around the world. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Partners In Health Canada Tapestry, operated by Partners In Health Canada and powered by Shopify. This website and store, including all related tools, content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), are provided to give you a curated shopping experience that also contributes to our mission of health equity.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not transfer or assign your account to anyone else.

Once your order is accepted, we’ll send a confirmation email. When your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You agree to purchase items for your own personal or household use, not for resale or export.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. The final price, including any applicable taxes or shipping charges, will be confirmed at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Unless otherwise noted, prices do not include taxes, shipping, or customs fees. Prices listed online may differ from other retail locations or third-party sites.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Partners In Health Canada Tapestry is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases made through the store are directly with Partners In Health Canada Tapestry.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales or transactions on this site. You agree to release Shopify from any claims related to purchases made through our store.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, and certain data is processed by Shopify under Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, some of your information may be transferred outside your country to enable delivery of the Services.
