Will I receive a tax receipt for my purchase?

Merchandise purchases from our online shop are not eligible for tax receipts, as they are considered transactions for goods rather than donations. If you would like to make a donation and receive a tax receipt, please visit our our website. Thank you for supporting our work!

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to modify your order if it hasn’t yet shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within Canada.

What is your return policy?

Returns are processed on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you wish to have your items refunded.
