Every item in the shop helps fund Partners In Health’s mission to deliver high-quality health care to those who need it most. Your purchase supports lifesaving programs and helps build a healthier, more just future for communities around the world.

Merchandise purchases from our online shop are not eligible for tax receipts, as they are considered transactions for goods rather than donations. If you would like to make a donation and receive a tax receipt, please visit our website. Thank you for supporting our work!

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to modify your order if it hasn’t yet shipped.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

We currently only ship within Canada.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Exchanges are not accepted. Please contact us if you wish to have your items refunded.
